DESCRIPTION

Full architectural design, interior design, and landscape design services for a new live/work environment incorporating loft style condominiums and walk-up flats, along side retail shopping space; located adjacent to the Centennial Olympic Park designed and completed for the 1996 Olympic Games.

Under the development of the Novare Group, this 125,000 SF residential/retail building features a “U” shape design maximizing exterior views while providing terrace space for those units located over the parking garage which has the capacity for 140+ assigned parking spaces.  The modest brick façade lends itself to the concept of actual renovated warehouse housing, yet the building provides every modern convenience including a fully equipped fitness center located at the roof level of the building along with a sky deck which is available to all tenants for entertaining or just gazing at the beautiful skyline of downtown Atlanta.

All tenants are provided with full time security as well as secured parking through a series of key card access doors.  With eight different floor plans available, each unit is equipped with standard amenities including living/dining rooms, and kitchen with bar, and each bedroom is provided with its own bathroom.  In addition, on site storage is also provided for each unit.  The larger one and two bedroom units have the added amenities of balcony doors, which open over the roof terrace and also have additional powder rooms included in the generous layout of the floor plans.
