• Revised floor plans relocating all kitchen appliances for proper function
• Addition of Breakfast Bar  
• Deck Addition
• New Access from Kitchen to Deck
• Complete Interior Design Material Selection
• Facade Updates included the removal of vinyl siding, which was replaced with shaker shingles, new windows with custom trim, new light fixtures, and an updated exterior color palette
