Prototype drawings were developed for the Sivica Hospitality Corporation for site adaptable Courtyard By Marriott projects. This project was produced solely using AutoDesk Revit 9.1 in 2006. The project was first modeled in Revit to obtain a height variance from Gwinnett County. Once the variance was granted the construction documents were created also using Revit. Certain design concept drawings as provided by Marriott were able to be linked from AutoCAD into Revit thus saving 100’s of hours of production time recreating existing construction documents.
